"My professional career in forensics as an accident reconstruction expert witness in tort cases began in January 1997. Drawing upon nearly three decades of dedicated experience in the field of accident investigation and reconstructon, my expertise spans the meticulous documentation and preservation of physical evidence through the performance of intricate reconstructions. My career is marked by more than 125 instances of providing expert deposition and trial testimony, establishing a trusted authority within the field.
This extensive professional journey has encompassed collaborations with a diverse spectrum of reconstruction establishments, from regional firms to global organizations, allowing me to serve a wide array of clients, including attorneys, insurance companies, corporations, and private individuals.
The foundation of this expertise rests upon a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Florida State University’s (FSU) esteemed FAMU/FSU College of Engineering August 2004, augmented by certification in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School (HBS) in January 2025, enhancing strategic acumen and the ability to navigate complex negotiations assisting in effective dispute resolution. This theoretical knowledge is fortified by invaluable real-world experience directing and participating in dozens of live staged crash events, providing unparalleled insights into accident dynamics and the critical accuracy of reconstruction methodologies.
My commitment to professional development and knowledge dissemination is further underscored by my qualification and approval through the Department of Financial Services to provide Continuing Education (CE) to both the legal and insurance industries. Complementing this extensive practical and academic foundation was the challenging rigors legal education undertaken at Florida State University College of Law, graduating in May 2025. This pursuit of legal mastery provides a nuanced understanding of legal frameworks, seamlessly integrating with decades of hands-on experience to offer a uniquely comprehensive approach to accident reconstruction and forensic analysis. Furthermore, my active involvement as an Alumni Ambassador for FSU College of Law reflects a dedication to shaping the future of forensic expertise, ensuring the next generation is adept at navigating both the scientific and legal complexities of the field."
